I found some favorite recipes in this book that I haven't been able to find in all my conventional "Betty Crocker" type cookbooks such as Tex-Mex Dip (that yummy layered Mexican dip served with tortilla chips), Pasta Alfredo, and Hummus (garbanzo beans spread that goes in pita bread to make your own Isreali sandwich).
