Inventions Time Line
The Inventions Time Line begins with Gutenberg's famous printing press on which he printed the first Bible, and continues through such inventions as the telescope, the Franklin stove, the battery, telephone, barbed wire, light bulb, x-ray, airplane, laser and the space shuttle. Includes brief historical information ready to present to your students as each full color time line figure is added. Two additional sets of black-and-white figures are included to color and use in games and activities suggested. Each date and invention has a keyword or phrase and a hand action to go with it which makes a fun rhyme to help you remember those dates and inventions! |
