Suicide by Sugar
Take a very startling look at our nation's #1 addiction. Sugar is truly addicting, something that I never really believed before, although I think I intuitively knew it. The author presents an escape route, a sound diet plan that leads the way to good health, along with a number of recipes for sweet, easy-to-prepare, delectable dishes--all made without sugar or fruit.
