TO ORDER

• Browse or search our online catalog and place your order right here on this website.
• E-mail your orders to orders@LoveToLearn.net
• Phone us toll-free (1-888-771-1034) from 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM Mountain Standard Time, Mon - Sat. After business hours, leave your order on our voice mail.
• Fax your order to 801-423-9188 anytime (credit cards or electronic checks).
• Mail your order to us on any piece of paper. Include name, address, phone, email, item quantity, item number, item name, item price and shipping fees. Total it all up, add 6.25% tax to the sum (Utah residents only), enclose payment and mail it to us:

PAYMENT

• Credit Cards: We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.
• Electronic Checks
  • From the information on your check, we'll print a check that the bank will process. Just phone us, or fax your check and order to us (keep your check for your records). Include your phone (with area code), please. You may also use this payment method here on our website.
• Purchase Orders for Schools
  • Bring 'em on. (Sorry, this service is not for homeschools). Please fax your bank and credit information or call for a credit application.

  • Did we make a mistake? Please phone or email us with the problem, and we'll fix it!
  • If you simply aren't happy with a purchase, just return it to us within 30 days in new condition. No hassle: the instructions come with your order. Shipping costs are not refundable. For refunds, electronic media (CDs, DVDs, video or audio cassettes, software) must be returned unopened.

SHIPPING

• How Much?
  • For a limited time, JUST $1.99 per order for standard (ground) shipping within the continental 48 states.
  • Other shipping methods are available, including UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Parcel Post. You will be charged actual shipping costs if you specifiy one of these rates.
• How Long?
  • Your order will usually be processed and shipped within two days unless we have an out of stock item which we expect in a few days. Shipping time may take up to 2-3 weeks. During our busiest season (Aug & Nov-Dec), it takes a pinch longer.
• Out of Stock?
  • If something you order is sold out, we may (1) ship everything else promptly and then contact you by email when the item comes in, or (2) wait for the item to arrive to complete the order (up to 5 days). We'll be happy to check the status of any product anytime, but we do not backorder. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause!
• Want it NOW!?
  • If you are in a rush, we'll run for you. Phone before 11:00 AM MST and your order will be shipped out on the very same day! "RUSH" service costs $5.00 additional.
• Canadian addresses and U.S. addresses not in the 48 contiguous states (Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, AA, AE, AP)
