For me, having powdered eggs on hand is essential to baking. There are just those times when you run out of eggs, and it is hard to make pancakes, muffins, cookies, and all else without eggs! To replace one egg, just add 2.5 tablespoons of dry eggs to your dry ingredients + 2.5 tablespoons additional water or liquid to your recipe. Contains approximately 56 eggs. Net weight is 36 oz.
